We want the billing to be boring. This policy explains when unused credits can be refunded.
Refund window
Unused credits purchased within the last 14 days are refundable on request, minus the payment processing fee we have already incurred and any bonus credits granted with the purchase.
Non-refundable cases
- Credits already consumed by API calls — these are settled with upstream providers and cannot be reversed.
- Bonus or promotional credits.
- Accounts terminated for violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Crypto payments after the transaction has been confirmed on-chain, where the network fee makes reversal uneconomic. In that case we issue a credit note usable on the account instead.
How to request
Email [email protected] from the address registered on the account, stating the top-up date, amount and payment method. We process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until the dispute is closed.
